I have always been drawn to Scotland for many reasons, mostly the diverse range of wildlife. It has also been a great source of soul searching over the last few years and it still fills me with excitement every time I visit.
Otters and White Tailed Eagles will and always does takes your breath away. Over many years and thanks to the Roy Dennis Wildlife Foundation the reintroduction has been a huge success across the regions.
The isle full of so much beautiful and hidden gems, the fun is going off and exploring them. You will be astounded by the such diverse array of wildlife, Loch's, woodlands and just breathtaking scenery.

You must respect the wildlife - there are very strict rules in place to protect the wildlife so please respect it!
Always remain a safe distance, do not disturb any wildlife, do not chase wildlife!

Mull Charters operate from the the Ulva ferry point. A fantastic and central location for boat trips around the surrounding area. They offer various types of trips from general wildlife to bespoke trips. Their knowledge of the local area and wildlife makes these trips even better. A local family run business for many years. I have used them for all my trips out to Lunga and Staffa whenever I visit. During the months May / June / July do not miss the chance to join their " Big bird trip" to Lunga to experience the magical world of the Puffins, Razorbills, Guillemots and Shags. Having used Isle of Mull Cottages for some time and used others, this is my personal preference. Booking is straight forward, secure and friendly reminders nearer the time of your adventure. Start your adventure with the ferry from Oban to Mull. As you leave the beautiful Oban harbour your destination is less than an hour away. Keep and eye out for seabirds, if your lucky Dolphins and even luckier White Tailed Eagles as you approach. Your approach will take you past Duart Castle.
